Once there was this kid with lot of ambition to become a grand master in the game of chess. He had learnt all the chess moves he needed for the game and all the different openings that a chess player can play. He actually knew the best strategies that a player can adopt in his game to turn any possibility into a winning move, As he was from the greatest chess academy the audience had a very great expectations on him. But ultimately, this poor kid was defeated by a wild card entry in the first match itself. All the fame his academy had and all the expectations people had over him was scattered with a simple mistake in the beginning of the game. Why?The most important thing that is required to win this titel was not nor what people expected out of him nor what he was supposed to win ultimately at the end of the game.It was the process of keeping his concentration during each step and each move and each game he was supposed to win. He was shattered to pieces and he never understood why he ever did that simple mistake even though he had practiced it for thousand time in thousand different variations. But all this time his Guru who thought his game to him was watching silently without uttering a single word of wisdom to him. when all his suffering and crying for the loss was over he came back to his teacher and told him " Guru I turned your academy down, I turned your people down and I turned everybody down who believed in my potential " Guru asked him a simple question How did you lose your game? The kid said " I do not know teacher with all the peoples eye on me i was so confident that i will definitely win this game All the time I was thinking of the medal that i will be winning at the end.I really do not know how I even did that silly mistake of moving rough to E4" Guru did not speak a word and instead they both went for a walk silently and the Guru gave him a candy in his pocket and asked him to eat. Student was surprised by the gurus behavior. and when the candy was completely over. he asked him a question." did you enjoy the candy when I gave it to you or when you ate it or when you trowed the rapper away after eating it. the student never did such a silly mistake there afterwards.
